So what is an AI operating system?

Your data isn’t used to train AI
Your business content runs on Anthropic’s commercial plans, where, under contract, it can’t be used to train their models, and it’s encrypted in transit. For sensitive work we can arrange zero data retention, so your inputs and outputs aren’t stored at all.
A person approves anything that matters
Human-in-the-loop by default. Anything that sends an email, moves money, or changes a record waits for your yes. We only let the system act on its own where you’re comfortable, one step at a time.
Locked down to least access
The system is set up to reach only what it needs for the job. It can’t read your passwords, keys, or credentials, and it’s hard-blocked from destructive actions, with rules that can’t be talked around.
Every action is logged
There’s a full record of what the system did and when, session by session. If you ever want to check what happened, it’s all there to review.
We vet every tool before it connects
Anything we plug in is checked first. We don’t auto-trust random plugins from the internet, which is one of the main ways AI systems get compromised.
You own the system
It’s built on Claude Code, not a platform you rent. The system, your data, and the configuration are yours: version-controlled, documented, and backed up. You’re not locked in to anyone’s roadmap.
Common questions.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The whole point is that we do the building. You talk to us about your business and approve what goes live. Day to day, you mostly talk to the system by voice from your phone.
Is my data safe? Does it train an AI model?
No. Your business content runs on Anthropic’s commercial plans, where, under contract, it can’t be used to train their models, and for sensitive work we can arrange zero data retention so nothing is stored at all. The security section above covers the rest: approval gates, least access, full logging, and vetted tools.
How long does it take to set up?
We build in layers over a few weeks rather than all at once, so you’re getting value from the first layer while the next is being built. The pace depends on how many of your systems we’re connecting and how much we’re automating.
What does it cost?
Scoping starts from $1,500 (credited to your build), and a foundation AIOS starts from $5,000, with automation modules, a monthly run-and-improve plan, and a compliant/enterprise tier on top. I already use ChatGPT / some AI tools. How is this different?
Those are tools you open and prompt. An AIOS is a system that already knows your business, watches your real numbers, and works in the background. We can fold the tools you like into it, so they stop being separate logins and start being part of one system.
Why not just hire someone to handle the admin?
For some work, a person is the right answer. For the repetitive day-to-day operations, an AIOS costs less than a hire, works around the clock, scales as you grow, and never calls in sick. Most owners use it to free their existing team for the work that actually needs a human, not to cut staff.
Do I own it, or am I locked in?
You own it. It’s built on Claude Code rather than a platform you rent, so the system, your data, and the setup are yours. We maintain and expand it for you, but you’re not tied to anyone’s product or roadmap, and nothing holds your data hostage.
Do I have to replace the software I already run?
No. The system reads from your existing CRM, billing, and other tools rather than replacing them. The aim is to join up what you’ve got, not start over.
