What speeds can I get at my address?
Speeds depend on your NBN technology type (Fibre, HFC, Fixed Wireless, etc). Log in to the Nehos Customer Portal and use the Check Availability tool to see what’s available at your address — including enterprise fibre options.
Do I need a new modem?
Most modern routers work with NBN. Set your router to DHCP mode and connect it to the NBN device. We also offer pre-configured modems shipped to your door if you need one.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes! Nehos CloudPBX lets you port your existing numbers. Phone services run over our separate voice network, not over your NBN connection, so call quality is always guaranteed.
What if I already have NBN with another provider?
We can transfer your existing NBN service to Nehos — usually with no downtime. You’ll need your AVC ID from your current provider’s invoice.
How does pricing work?
Every business is different, so we provide tailored pricing based on your needs. Bundle broadband with voice services for even more competitive rates. No lock-in — all agreements are flexible with 30 days notice.
What about a business-grade SLA?
Standard NBN is best-effort. For businesses needing guaranteed restoration times, we offer Enhanced SLA add-ons (4-hour or 12-hour restore). For mission-critical connectivity, ask us about Business Fibre with 99.95% uptime SLA.
Does Nehos provide voice over NBN?
No — we provide voice services via our dedicated CloudPBX platform, which runs on our own carrier-grade SIP network. This means your phone quality isn’t affected by your internet usage.
