Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes — we can port most Australian numbers to Nehos, including geographic, 1300, and 1800 numbers. We handle the porting process and coordinate with your current provider to minimise downtime. Contact us to start a port.

What happens if I need help?

You contact Nehos directly — one team, one ticket system. Because we own the infrastructure, we can actually fix problems rather than escalating to a third party. Support is available by phone, ticket, and email.

How fast is activation?

International DIDs (80+ countries) activate instantly via our portal. Australian geographic and 1300/1800 numbers are typically active within 1 business day. NZ numbers activate within 1–2 business days.

Where do calls forward to?

Calls can forward to any phone number (landline or mobile), a SIP extension, a PBX, or a Nehos Voice AI agent. You can update your forwarding destination at any time from the portal.

Do you support international registration requirements?

Some countries (Germany, Italy, Spain etc.) require local address registration before a number can be activated. Our team guides you through the process — we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed and handle the submission.

Is there a contract?

Numbers are month-to-month unless you choose an annual plan. You can cancel anytime — we don’t lock you in.
