If not using auto provisioning within your Yealink handset you can manually create dial-now (dial plan) rules directly within the phone web interface. Under Settings > Dial Plan > Dial-Now enter the following entries (Australia) as shown. ^0[23478][0-9]{8}$, ^[0-9]{8}$, 000, ^0011[0-9]+$, ^1[38][0-9]{8}$ & ^1[38][0-9]{4}$
