How quickly can I get a number?
Most In-Dial numbers are active within 1 business day. We’ll confirm your number and configuration via email, then it’s live. Port requests typically take 2–5 business days depending on your current provider.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes. Number porting is available for most Australian geographic numbers. We coordinate with your current provider, manage the process, and minimise any interruption to your service.
Where do calls forward to?
Anywhere — an Australian mobile, a landline, a SIP extension, a PBX, or a Nehos Voice AI agent. You can update your forwarding destination at any time from the portal, with no disruption to the number.
Can I have numbers in multiple cities?

Is there a contract?

What’s the difference between an In-Dial number and a 1300 number?
