Use CLI Routing to stop specific numbers, or whole international dialling codes, from reaching your service. Set the rule once and it applies going forward, no need to answer and hang up on the same caller every time.
Block a single number
Login to the Cloud PBX Portal and go to Settings > CLI Routing.
Click Add Rule.
Enter the number in the Caller ID field.
Set Match Explicitly to Yes.
Choose a Destination that ends the call (Not in Service works well).
Hit Save.
Block a whole country or area code
Follow the same steps, but enter just the code (for example 64 for New Zealand) in the Caller ID field.
Set Match Explicitly to No. This blocks any number starting with that code, not just an exact match.
Blocking many numbers at once
Got a longer list? Use the CSV Upload button on the same screen instead of adding rules one at a time. Click Download CSV Template first to get the right column layout, fill it in, then upload it back.
One rule set covers everything
Settings > CLI Routing applies across all your numbers. If you only want a rule on one specific number, set it from that number’s own Edit page instead, under CLI Validation & Routing.
Contact support@nehos.net if you’re not sure which numbers are calling you, or if the calls aren’t stopping after the rule is in place.
