Connection Details
Your Domain & SIP Proxy will need to be set to sip.nehos.com.au (180.94.236.10) to use this network.
Supported Protocols
The sip.nehos.com.au domain supports the following SIP signaling protocols:
- UDP on port 5060 — recommended for most deployments
- TCP on port 5060
- TLS (encrypted SIP signalling) on port 5061
Nehos also supports SRTP (encrypted media). When your equipment offers SRTP, the Nehos network will negotiate encrypted media automatically. No additional configuration is required on the Nehos side — simply enable SRTP on your device or PBX.
Network Requirements
You will need to allow your Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) to communicate with the 180.94.236.0/27 and 180.94.237.0/27 subnets for SIP signaling and RTP media.
For CPE equipment that uses STUN the signaling will be TCP or UDP protocol on port 5060.
* We recommend using UDP protocol for standard SIP and RTP deployments. Use TLS on port 5061 when encrypted signalling is required (e.g. 3CX SIP trunks, compliance requirements).
