The Caller ID you present must be a 10-digit geographic number that is registered with us. It can be a Nehos DID number or your own Caller ID provided by a 3rd party provider. If the latter, you will need to contact us at support@nehos.net to set up a CLI number that is not a Nehos DID and demonstrate to us that you have rights of ownership to a given number.
Desk Phone
Login to the Cloud PBX Portal and go to Extensions > Edit > Enhanced Services
Select the check next to Caller ID so it turns green and then hit Save.
Click the Caller ID edit icon, then enter the 10-digit geographic number on the following fields:
Trunk CallerID and Privacy header
Default Caller ID
Hit Save.
Communicator
If you have a Communicator desktop or mobile app, you can add a list of CallerIDs that you would like to allow to be used for outbound calls. You can do this by simply selecting the caller ID number from the Dashboard (mobile app) or the Phone Dialer (desktop app). To set up the Caller IDs, follow the same steps for Desk Phone and enter each Caller ID number by clicking the Plus (+) icon under the section Allowed list of CallerIDs (via App and Access Code) and then hit Save.
